Dupa ce a crescut, se adauga restul de lapte, faina, zaharul, untul topit, ouale, coaja de lamaie si portocala rasa si sarea, se framanta bine, pregatindu-se un aluat mai moale care se lasa sa creasca. Se ung cu unt formele de savarine, se portioneaza aluatul si se pune in forme o treime din capacitatea formelor deoarece savarinele cresc mult. Se lasa o ora sa creasca, apoi se coc in cuptor la un foc potrivit. Se lasa sa se raceasca, se scot din forme, iar dupa 24h (timp in care s-au racorit foarte bine), se oparesc in siropul preparat din ingredientele de mai sus. Se aseaza pe gratar ca sa se scurga foarte bine. color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p  style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(88, 93, 95);"&gt;In alt vas am pus 500 ml lapte cu 250 g amidon si 6 galbenusuri de oua plus esenta de vanilie. Cu asta am fost generoasa, mie imi place la gust.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p  style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(88, 93, 95);"&gt;Am turnat amestecul peste laptele de pe foc, si am amestecat pana a inceput sa se ingroase. Ideea e ca nu se ingroasa uniform, paree ca face cocoloase, dar se omogenizeaza dupa.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p  style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(88, 93, 95);"&gt;Cand arata cam asa, se ia de pe foc si se tooooooooot amesteca pana e numai calda. Eu am facut asta pe pervazul geamului de la bucatarie, cand afara erau la vreo 0 grade, si tot mi-a luat mai bine de jumatate de ora.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p  style="text-align: justify;  &lt;p  style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-family:arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(88, 93, 95);"&gt;Mergea minunat si cu frisca deasupra, cu sau fara fructe, dar cand mi-a venit ideea nu mai aveam pe ce sa le pun.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p face="arial" style="text-align: justify; se freaca galbenusurile cu zaharul, se adauga merele rase si nestoarse, scortisoara, bicarbonatul stins cu zeama de lamaie si se lasa acest amestec sa stea 60 minute dupa care se adauga faina si cele 3 albusuri batute spuma; se amesteca usor pentru omogenizare si se toarna in tava unsa si netapetata cu faina (tava mare 28x40cm); se coace, in cuptor preincalzit, la foc mare aprox. 5-10 minute pana incepe sa creasca, apoi se reduce focul la mediu si se coace, functie de cuptor; este următoarea:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingrediente: &lt;/b&gt;2 cepe mari, 2 ardei grasi, 1/2 pachet de unt, 2 conserve cu rosii taiate in bulion, 200 ml vin rosu sec, 500 g carne de porc slaba, 500 g carnati picanti afumati, 500 g ciuperci champignon curatate, 2-3 catei de usturoi, 1 legatura patrunjel, sare, piper si ienibahar dupa gust.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mod de preparare: &lt;/b&gt;Se curata si se taie (nu prea mic) ceapa, ardeii, carnea, carnatii si ciupercile. Se pun la calit in unt ceapa, ardeii si carnea, care se condimenteaza dupa gust. Cand ceapa devine transparenta, se adauga carnatii si ciupercile si se calesc pana cand se patrunde carnea (de preferat sa se caleasca inabusit).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt; Apoi se adauga vinul si rosiile si se fierbe inca 10-15 min., condimentandu-se dupa gust. Inainte de oprirea focului, se adauga usturoiul pisat si patrunjelul tocat si se mai da un clocot.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt; Se serveste cu mamaliga si cu vin rosu sec.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Complexitate: &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;redusă/&lt;/span&gt;medie/mare&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente: puține/&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;mediu&lt;/span&gt;/multe&lt;br /&gt;Durată: 30min/&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;60min&lt;/span&gt;/90min/120min&lt;br /&gt;Preț: &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;aprox.25RON&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Reţetă &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Tochitură de Criză&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;/span&gt; 2 cepe mari, 500ml suc de roşii, 1 morcov, o lingură margarină , 200 ml vin rosu, 500 g carne de porc slaba, 4-5 cârnaţi picanţi neafumaţi, 5-7 catei de usturoi, 1 legatură patrunjel, sare, piper, 100g telemea sarată, un ou.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Mod de preparare:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se curaţă şi se taie (nu prea mic) ceapa, morcovul, carnea (cam cât un cub de gheaţă), carnaţii. Se pune la călit în margarină şi vreo 4-5 linguri de ulei ceapa, morcovi si carnea, care se condimenteaza dupa gust. Când ceapa devine transparentă, se adaugă cârnaţii şi se lasă până când se pătrunde carnea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Apoi se adaugă vinul roşu de care gasiţi prin casă si sucul de roşii şi se fierbe încă 10-15 min., condimentându-se după gust. După ce i-am tăiat pe toți astfel se pun la prajit într-o tigaie fiecare rondea de cartof. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Atentie &lt;/span&gt;că trebuie sa fie prajiți bine, la mine au ieșit ca niște cipsuri dar numai ca ceva mai moi. E bine ca după ce scoateți cartofii de la prajit sa-i puneți undeva unde să se scurga uleiul de pe ei.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;După ce am terminat de prăjit cartofii trecem la carnea tocată care o putem pune în aceiași tigaie, numai că aproape fară ulei o prăjim și mestecam continuu în ea pentru a se praji fiecare bucățică de carne, o condimentăm cu piper, sare și alte mirodenii dacă dorim, de exeplu puțin oregano și pătrunjel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;După ce carnea a devenit comestibilă se pune smântâna într-un vas și se amestecă împreună cu ouăle până se omogenizează. Și aici punem puțină sare și daca avem putem pune și ceva marar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Se ia apoi un vas de ena în care se pune un strat sau două de cartofi pe fundul vasului se unge cu, compoziția de ouă cu smântână, se pune un strat de carne tocată (jumatate din toată cantitatea), apoi iar un strat de cartofi și se unge iar cu acea compoziție, punem după aceasta și restul de carne precum și cartofii peste și adăugăm din nou compoziția de smântână cu ouă.
